Author Bios:

Christine Gregory Christine Gregory is an Australian writer of crime and general fiction. An earlier version of The Community (Ultimo Press 2024), was runner up for the 2022 Banjo Prize. Christine has previously been shortlisted in the Sisters in Crime Scarlet Stiletto Awards. She is a former international aid worker and is now a director in a national not-for-profit, working on the prevention of violence against women and children. She lives and works in Naarm (Melbourne) with her husband and two children.

Steven Lang Steven Lang is the author of Hinterland (UQP 2017), and An Accidental Terrorist, which won Premiers’ Literary Awards in two states, and 88 Lines about 44 Women, which was shortlisted for both the NSW and Queensland Premier’s Literary Awards for Fiction. He co-directs Outspoken, an extended writers’ festival which takes the form of occasional conversations with major Australian and international writers. Steven lives in Maleny.
