Author BIO’s
Dr Rebecca Ray is a clinical psychologist, author and speaker who helps big-picture-thinking people master their psychology. She is the author of six books, including Be Happy, The Art of Self-Kindness, The Universe Listens to Brave, Setting Boundaries, Small Habits for a Big Life, and Difficult People (Pan Macmillan 2023). Beck is regularly featured across Channel 9, ABC, and News Corp.
For more than 20 years, Sheridan Stewart has been one of Australia’s favourite FM music radio personalities and presenters – a speaker and broadcaster with ABC Radio Sunshine Coast, former FM radio presenter at Triple M, music journalist and comedy producer, and now author of I Am Enough (Quarto 2023). Sheridan grew up in Sydney, Hawaii and Colorado and now resides on the Sunshine Coast.
Warren Ward is a Brisbane-based psychiatrist who writes about philosophy, culture and European history. His first book, Lovers of Philosophy: How the love lives of seven philosophers shaped modern thought, was a number one bestseller on Amazon’s philosophy list. Warren won the New Philosopher Writers’ Award in 2016 and 2019.

Tracey Young has lived in, and has loved, the Sunshine Coast Hinterland since 2006. She is a psychologist, rose farmer, rescuer of race horses, an avid reader, and writer whose lifelong love of people and all things flora and fauna has inspired her to write since childhood. She loves her region and is excited to be an event coordinator for the Inaugural Sunshine Coast Hinterland Writers Festival.
