The Nirvana Tribute Show

The Nirvana Tribute Show

Friday 27 February We’re throwing it back to the flannel era as The Nirvana Tribute Show, take over The Presynct for a night dedicated to one of the most influential bands to ever exist. The band don’t just play Nirvana songs — they bring the sound, the energy and the attitude that made people fall in love with the band in the first place. Expect the big singalongs, the quiet moments that hit you in the chest, and the kind of setlist that reminds you why Nirvana still matters decades later. And because we love stacking a lineup properly, we’re backing it up with THREE local acts that deserve your attention… 🔥 Lost Louie An upcoming band that already knows how to hold an audience and deliver a solid live show. They’ve been building a loyal following for good reason and they’re the perfect tone-setter for this night. 🎸Briony Alice: Briony Alice is a soulful powerhouse whose music wanders the line between bohemian enchantment and gritty rock-and-roll. With a voice that is both velvet and gravel, her sound reflects a life of travel and a spirit that refuses to be tamed A true drifter at heart, Briony's experiences infuse her music with a captivating depth and an undeniable sense of wanderlust. As a vital part of the dynamic duo Salt & Steel, she has already left a significant mark on the Australian music scene, sharing stages with icons like Wolfmother, Sarah McLeod, and Phil Jamieson. Now, she brings that same spellbinding energy and road-worn experience to her solo work delivering a performance that is as venerable as it is raw. ⚡ Kaos If you’ve been paying attention to the local scene, you’ve probably heard the name already. If you haven’t — now’s your chance. Kaos is rapidly becoming a magnetic force, one of those performers that draws you in and leaves you thinking about them well after the show has finished. At The Presynct, we genuinely believe live music is medicine. It’s where people reconnect, reset, and forget about the noise of everyday life for a while. This lineup is one hell of a prescription — guaranteed to lift your mood and send you home feeling lighter and ready to face the week ahead. ⚠️ Our tribute shows tend to pack out and capacity is limited, so presale tickets are the safest move. Grab your crew, dust off your best 90s nostalgia, and come spend a night celebrating music that still sounds just as great today. 📅 Friday 27th February ⏰ Doors 6:00pm (Happy Hour) | Event Doors from 7:00pm 🎟 Early Bird $15+BF | General $20+BF | Door $25 🔞 18+ Event 🩴 NO Thongs Permitted 🚱 NO Outside Drink bottles
