Her Temple is not just an event, but a transformative experience where you can fully embrace the beautiful soul that you are. This day retreat will include: ~ Heart Womb Meditation ~ Rhythm ~ Embodied Movement ~ Cycle Awareness ~ Clay Play ~ Closing Circle Who are we? Rhythmic Yogis: We are Jessie and Sass, THE RHYTHMIC YOGIS – two women helping you tap into your internal rhythm. We love all things mindfulness, movement, rhythm, and breath. Our paths crossed over 8 years ago at our home studio in Brisbane. We practiced Bikram Yoga together (yes, that's right.. the hot one!) and eventually set off to Teacher Training one after the other. We helped each other through the training process of becoming new teachers back in 2017. Fast forward to 2021, we reconnected here on the Sunshine Coast and effortlessly and organically combined our love and passion for yoga and movement to birth what we now embody as the Rhythmic Yogis. We believe that there is an innate rhythm that flows through all of us. By intentionally pairing embodied yoga-style movement, rhythm, sound, breath, and celebration we aim to tune into the body and tap into our innate wisdom. This is an opportunity to come back home to yourself and celebrate all aspects of your being. We will meet you where you are, one breath at a time. We are excited to connect with you. Her Rhythm: Anneli Verity - Mother of 3 and Cyclical Sage has helped women worldwide to reconnect to their bodies and their cycles with her luxury menstrual products. Author and Mentor, she offers her wisdom around self-awareness and cycle tracking with a focused desire to bring women back to their true source of power.
